There are people who are already firmly established at the young age of 29, like Max Hiltl, who is currently writing his master’s thesis on process optimization at Dorfner.
Years ago, Max Hiltl successfully completed vocational training as an industrial clerk at Dorfner. Now he’s back and is finishing off his studies in intercultural corporate and technology management with us. Stories like these show how an apprenticeship at Dorfner opens doors to opportunities, whether it’s a permanent job or practical experience in a subsequent course of study. We are pleased that our former trainee showed such faith in us; this is true recognition and shows that we are doing the right thing when it comes to promoting young talent.
